To help people find their voice and feel comfortable expressing their feelings. We want everyone to know that you are not alone and someone is here for you. We also want to help spread awareness around mental illness and help release the stigmas attached.
We are not medical professionals, we are merely students motivated to change the narrative around Mental Health. We might not have all of the answers but we have the experiences and will use them to help as many people as possible.
