Stories about those who have battled through mental illness and their journey through life. This is a proactive way to create an openness around mental health, we want people to be as comfortable as possible when discussing mental health. We are going to start off with one story on Sundays if possible and move from there. We would like to get as many people as possible to talk about their stories.

"Be inspired To:" is a series of helpful lessons posted every Wednesday. For instance, there might be a post that says "Be Inspire To: workout" or something along those lines. The article will then go into depth on why working out is helpful based on personal experience and helpful tips and tricks will also probably be added in the article.
