Hi! Let me introduce myself... I’m Abby, and I have joined the Inspire Others team to provide personalized, caring support to anyone who needs it. I am a therapist specializing in college student mental health and wellness. When you're in college, you can't avoid hearing about how these four years should be the best years of your life, but what nobody talks about is that this time can come with so many challenges and struggles. I get it. I’ve been exactly where you are, and you are not alone. Working with college students is my passion and the minute we get started, you’ll start to feel better. That’s how this works. I got you.

You may have come here looking to feel less alone by hearing other people's stories. Maybe you're looking for a therapist for you or for a friend. Either way, it's important to find someone with warm, kind energy. Someone who finally sees the real you. Nothing is too hard or too heavy for me to carry. I’m here for the real you...the messy, fearful, utterly brave, and courageous you.

My services are offered 100% via telehealth. This means that I can meet with you anywhere, anytime. In between classes, while you’re home for break, in the morning before work, whenever. Therapy should be comfortable and should work for you, whatever that looks like. Let’s do this together!
